Empyrean Ventures sea houses can comfortably accommodate four. With the amenities provided, an average weekly rate of $1250 is reasonable. This represents a yearly income of $5,000 US, an easy 16% annual return after all co-ownership fees are deducted. The final rate you get will depend on wheter or not you rent out the property yourself or have it done through our company. Or mix business with pleasure and stay part of the time yourself. Your return on investment will still be excellent, with vacation accommodations in your own home as an added bonus.
