Upon receipt of this purchase offer and a refundable deposit of $2,000 USD ($1,000 USD for 1/26 and 1/52 share options) by Empyrean Ventures LTD., I will be sent a confirmation and a purchase contract. A period of 30 days from the date of the present agreement will be allowed to finalize this offer with the purchase contract. If after this thirty-day period I have not finalized the purchase contract, EMPYREAN VENTURES will refund my deposit in full and this agreement will become null and void.
